Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, cancellations, and refunds related to the products and services offered under the Capable brand by Cresko Smart Lab LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing or enrolling in any Capable program, course, event, or service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to:

• online courses and programs

• workshops and bootcamps

• live sessions and cohorts

• events and meetups (paid or ticketed)

• digital products (including playbooks, downloads, or resources)

• memberships or subscriptions (if applicable)

3. General Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise under specific conditions in this Policy.

Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Cresko Smart Lab LLP.

4. Courses, Programs, and Cohorts

4.1 Before Program Start

If a user cancels enrolment before the official start date of a program, the Company may, at its discretion:

• allow a partial refund, or

• offer a credit or transfer to a future cohort

Any applicable deductions (including administrative or processing fees) may be applied.

4.2 After Program Start

Once a program has started:

• no refunds will be issued

• this applies regardless of attendance, participation level, or completion

4.3 Missed Sessions

Failure to attend sessions, complete coursework, or participate in activities does not qualify for a refund.

5. Workshops and Events

5.1 Paid Workshops or Events

• cancellations made before a specified cut-off time (if defined) may be eligible for:

  • partial refund, or

  • transfer to another session

• cancellations made after the cut-off or non-attendance will not be refunded

5.2 Event Changes

Cresko Smart Lab LLP reserves the right to:

• reschedule events

• change speakers or format

• shift events from offline to online

Such changes do not entitle users to a refund.

6. Digital Products (Playbooks, Downloads, Resources)

Due to the nature of digital products:

• all purchases are non-refundable once payment is made.

7. Memberships and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

For any recurring services:

• cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle.

• no partial refunds will be provided for unused periods.

8. Payment Failures and Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Cresko Smart Lab LLP.

In case of unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks:

• access to Services may be suspended or terminated.

• legal action may be pursued where necessary

9. Transfers and Credits

At the discretion of Cresko Smart Lab LLP, users may be allowed to:

• transfer enrolment to another cohort or session

• receive a credit note for future use

Such decisions are case-specific and not guaranteed.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or accommodations may be considered in exceptional situations, such as:

• verified medical emergencies

• unforeseen personal circumstances

Requests must be:

• submitted in writing

• supported by relevant documentation

Approval is at the sole discretion of Cresko Smart Lab LLP.

11. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Cresko Smart Lab LLP cancels a program, course, or event:

• users may be offered:

  • a full refund, or

  • a transfer to a future offering

12. Processing of Refunds

Where refunds are approved:

• they will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

• the amount will be credited via the original payment method, where possible

• processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers.

13. Taxes and Fees

Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, or processing fees may be:

• deducted from refunds, or

• non-refundable depending on the situation

14. Amendments to This Policy

Cresko Smart Lab LLP reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date at the top of the page.
